The Shrine candle and incense holder (2017) was inspired by devotional and vigil candle altars in catholic churches. This is a vessel that was meant to honor the practice of lighting a candle, whether for the soft glow it emits or the sense of stillness and peace we receive from it’s presence. Made in white concrete with a polished brass plate that enhances the flame’s glow.
